[SOLVED] 120HZ panel only shows 60hz

hello,i bought this laptop in june this year (https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GF63-Thin-9RCX/Specification) and if u can see in the laptop specs it has a 120hz panel,the sellers told me that it has a 120hz screen,after 2 days i checked my display options and i saw that i only have 60hz,all my gpu drivers are up to date,so,what can i do?

Specs show a 60Hz panel and a 120Hz panel. Very possible you have the 60Hz screen if 120Hz is not an option in display settings or the nvidia control panel. You'd likely need to contact MSI with the serial number to know which one the laptop came with.
