120mm FAN won't FIT!!! HELP!

i have problem I have 120mm fan and i cannot install it as exhause at the top

the memory slot lock is not making way for me to fit it

Can you please slow down and explain a little more carefully? Why can't you install this fan? Where do you want it put? What case do you have?
