120v ligthing in pc case

Hi

I have tech question Is it possible to put inside the pc case a UV 120 v Black light unit Plug outside PSU ex. (seal unit balast is incase ) ebay # 230940919045



What I am asking is will 120v componant not plug to any Pc case componant but being place in the case like the top corner it would be 4-8 inch from any electronic part COULD CAUSE DAMAGE to the internal componants ???

It won't cause any damage but I take it that it uses 120V AC so it potentially could introduce a hum into the audio stream.
