Question 121% CPU usage

My laptop has been in use over an year just fine since purchased. I decided to fully restore it last night and I woke up to 121% CPU since startup with no programs opened, nor games installed.

Any Ideas of what I could target?

I would imagine your laptop is updating itself after you reset it. This will take quite a bit of system resources until completed.

It's got to download and install over a years worth of update and major changes.
