125 watt mobo, 95 watt CPU

Might be a stupid question and I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but there is no harm in using a 95 watt TDP CPU on a 125 watt motherboard, correct (the CPU will only draw as much as it needs, it won't burn out or anything)?

No problems, the TDP rating just limits the maximum processor TDP that can be used, a 95W CPU will be just fine

Biostar A960d+ . . . cheapie 125 watt board using an AMD FX 4300. It boots up and works just fine, was just worried if the chip would be damaged over time. Thank you both kindly for the replies.
