Agreed with previous 2. Also, consider an EVGA as the step up warranty could get you a 680 in a couple of months if you want to spend the $100 difference within 90 days. I'm a fan of that during my upgrades.

Agreed with wr6133.
But for own-PC builders, we will choose AMD. But this is your choice, and I recommended the specs below as you gave a great budget:

Processor: AMD FX-Series FX-4100 ($109.99) / Core i5 2500 ($209.99)
Mobo: ASUS M5A88-V EVO ($114.99) / ASUS P8Z77-V LK ($144.99)
HDD: 1000GB Western Digital WD10EARX ($94.99)
GPU: ASUS GTX680-DC2T-2GD5 GeForce GTX 680 ($539.99) / ASUS GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 GeForce GTX 670 ($429.99)
PSU: COOLER MASTER GX 650W ($84.99)
Case: COOLER MASTER Silencio 550 ($109.99)
RAM: CORSAIR CMX8GX3M2A2000C9 (4GB 1600MHz x 2) - XMS3 Classic Dual ($89.99)
Total: $1144.93 / $1164.93

I choose GTX670 for you if you wanted Intel processor. If I choose GTX680, it overpriced your budget. Anyway, I recommended you choose the AMD processor as you need a better GPU for gaming.

These prices are from Newegg. Any changes will be made without noticement.

thx for your thoughts all , the problem is that i am from Egypt , the parts are quite over priced here and i won't order one from outside because of warranty and high taxes , the GTX 670 is about 470$ and the GTX 680 is for about 635$ !!! , if i downgraded the processor i won't be able to get anyone of both GPU's !!

"if i downgraded the processor i won't be able to get anyone of both GPU's"

What do you mean? Did you meant that although you downgrade the processor of these 2s and you also cant afford the 2 gpus so you have to choose another processor and gpu other than fx 4100/i5 500 and gtx 550 ti/gtx670+?

Anyway, take ASUS HD7850-DC2-2GD5 Radeon HD 7850 ($259.99) (GPU) and AMD LLANO A4 3300 APU (Currently unstock [Newegg]) or AMD LLANO A4 3400 APU (Currently unstock [Newegg]) (CPU) as you can't afford fx-4100, you can't afford i3, or you take core 2 duo? It's funny, LOL!

Made a few changes I think point in a better direction for a gaming box.

If this is purely a gaming system on your budget I would aim for an i5, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, a decent quality PSU then I would put all the rest of the budget on the GPU you literally get what you pay for with the GPU so buy the highest model you can afford. Your budget is quite good I wouldn't be looking at AMD CPU's on that budget unless parts are costing you over 25% more than they cost me here in the UK.

u didn't understand me , if i downgraded the processor to 2500K i won't be able to get the gtx 670 because if i added the cash i get from the diff between i5 and i7 i will not be able to get the gtx 670 because its much more expensive than that !!!

i was talking about the GPU's only not the processor , i know the fx-4100 is much cheaper but i don't want an AMD build so i wasn't talking about it , i meant that if i got the 2500k insted of the 2700K and add the diff in price to the GPU i won't be able to get the GTX 670 cuz its much more expensive !!
