Question 12700k vs 13600k, which one should I go with?

I’m building a new PC and I need to pick my next CPU. Both the 12700k and 13600k are the same price. They’ll be running on a z690 mb, with 16gb ddr4 ram at 3600mHz at the moment. I will use this PC for 3D modeling and rendering, and gaming. Which CPU should I pick?? I have looked at some reviews, but most of them put both at the same level, so I’m not sure what to buy.
