Question 12700K with Prime Z690-A and 5200MHz DDR5 support

Hello,
I'm about to get my 12700K with Asus PRIME Z690-A Motherboard which by the manufacturers the support is for 4800MHz (Up to 4800 MT/s in Intel's website, and 4800MHz in the MB specs).
A lot of the DDR5 ram that'll be available are 5200MHz, and on the motherboard it says 5200(OC).

I want to make sure if my motherboard and CPU will support 5200MHz DDR5 RAM? From my understaing I'll only need to enable XMP on the BIOS and nothing else needs to be done, is that correct?

Also, is it known when the DDR5 memories will be available for sale?

That's my understanding too. DDR5 is gonna be mega expensive.
Also, have you been able to source a cooler with LGA1700 support ?

Yea 32GB of DDR5 will be around 300$.
As for the cooler, I ordered the Corsair H100i RGB pro XT, and with a retrofit kit it should fit.
