127degrees celcius?? speed fan

hey i juts downlaod speed fan. i got a nf4 motherboard. it says temp 1 is 44 degrees celcuis, temp 2 29 celcuis and temp 3 is 127degree celcuis!! i mean wtf?? my pc seems to be running fine? is this my northbridge temp?

i did touch it. its not that hot. the old chipset cooler was hot as hell.. the new northbridge cooler i got isnt to hot since it blows with a fan too. i much of remounted the chipset cooler about 4 times now.. i know that damn'd thing is on correctly.
