In that Dell motherboard, you should be able use any Unbuffered Non-ECC DDR3 240-pin DIMM. That includes the DDR3L low voltage (1.35v) modules. You are limited by the motherboards chipset up to 1.5v modules and DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800) maximum speed. If you wanted to run faster than DDR3 1600, you will need a Z87 or Z97 chipset motherboard.

Here are all the 2x8GB DDR3/DDR3L 1600 module kits available at newegg for an idea of what to buy. If you have a slim case you might have to buy shorter modules. https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100007611 601349170...

You can save money if you buy used modules, which are usually half the price of new, but you risk buying bad modules even if the seller has high ratings. I would say buy from resellers with a good return policy if you buy used.
