GTX 960 4GB version
GTX 970 4GB
R9 390 4GB (Coming in June)
Where I am, they are priced at:
Currently $2000 for GTX 960 4GB (Estimated $1700 after R9 390 appears)
Currently $2900 for GTX 970 4GB (Estimated $2600 after R9 390 appears)
Estimated $3300 for R9 390 4GB (Should cause 2 prices above to drop when it appears)
I'll like to know which card to get, if I'm playing on a 1280x1024@75Hz setup and wish to max out all in-game settings other than AA.
Games such as Skyrim with heavy modding with 2k textures, Witcher 3 which is due soon, Black Desert Online, and the Crysis series. Plus other eye-candy games coming within a year.
All at max settings without AA, & 1280x1024@75Hz resolution. Card should last me 3 years on high settings.
Will only play on resolutions of 1366x768@60Hz, 1600x900@60Hz or 1920x1080@60Hz in future, if I'm forced to switch to the 16:9 ratio aspect. Not dealing with anything higher than 1920x1080@60Hz, for sure.
No need to worry about system bottle-necks, there won't be any. Just looking for the card that will be a little bit overkill for such low resolution right now, and just right after a year.
Anyone with answers? Thanks!
