128GB Flash Drive Only Formatting Up To 32GB

Solution
You can get an application on the Mac called NTFS-3g that allows you to deal with NTFS drives exactly the same way you can on windows. I have it on my MBP, and it works perfectly.
Should say in disk properties. NTFS isn't writable in OS X, so if it's showing up with data and you can write to it, it's FAT32 (which is limited to 32GB of space, max, and files cannot exceed 4GB). You'll need to reformat it in exFAT or NTFS to get the rest of your space (or you can create several 32GB partitions on the drive, if that floats your boat).
