Question 12900k benchmark score stuck 18000 help?

I need help I’ve been testing my cpu in cinebench and I haven’t been able to get a higher score than 18000. I have seen people get there scores in the 27000 and 28000 with default settings.

Specs
*Msi mpg z690 carbon WiFi
*z trident 32 gb 6000mhz
*intel i9 12900k
*noctua nh D15

I have went into windows set it to high performance. I’ve turned on xmp in the bios Im just a little confused about what is going on. My temps are peaking at 83C on cinebench.

Watch the HWINFO Limit Reasons data while Cinebench is running. It will tell you why your CPU is throttling. Check what the turbo power limits are set to in the BIOS. Power limit throttling at default BIOS settings is usually the problem.
