12gb geil or patriot

I'm in australia and 12gb kits are out of stock (been searching all day! go figure!)

So I'm going to buy from newegg
so I've narrowed it down to patriot extreme viper or geil evo one (both cas7)

also just been looking at a corsair 8-8-8-24 timing 1600mhz kit, being a noob I know its not as good but have no idea how to quantify it (1% or 10% slower, have no idea)

Both have pretty much the same specs,the main differences are that the first one has lower voltage but the second one has more Mhz,i would go for the second one,its faster and cheaper
