Hi guys. I bought recently a stick of 4 GM RAM from Patriot and my windows is not using them all. It does see 12 GB in total but only 8 usable and I've tried checking and unchecking that box in msconfig but it didn't work. What can i do?

I just reset my bios to its default settings and now i get BSOD. Im helpless, i can t get into windows anymore. Here s what it sayshttp://postimg.org/image/a1ll8qhmf/ the picture looks like that because it would dissapear so fast so i used slow motion to get it. What can i do? I removed the ram but it s the same.
