Question 12mb download speed on a 1gbps wifi

I'm using a cat 6 ethernet cable on my PC connected to my modem and everytime i download some big files the speed limit is only 12mb even the speed limit is turned off. (Sorry bad English)

The download speed depends mostly on the sending server, not your ISP.
