Silly question I'm sure, but how do you connect a 6+2 pin PCIe connector to the 12pin one on the PSU?

The Be Quiet PSUs seem to favour the 12 pin connector for PCIe:

(I have the Pure Power 10 400W and want to connect a new GPU to it)

The 6pin cable would fit otherwise, but the plastic "fixing clip" isn't aligned with the hole on the PSU. Can I just rip the clip off or do I really need a 12 pin PCIe cable?

I believe the PSU was even supplied with 6+2 cables.

Solution
You will need a modular cable made for that PSU, good chance you will need to go through Be quiet to get one. Looked at a couple of custom cable sites and they don't make them for that model.

Oh, thanks for the quick response!

I don't have the original cables as I (actually my brother) got the PC as a gift without the GPU.

Now that we are trying to put in the GPU, things got tricky. Do we really need to order spares from Be Quiet?!
