12v computer fan at 13.3v?

Long story short I have an old piece of equipment with a probably not replaceable heatsink/fan combo for the CPU. The fans gone bad so I'm just going to try to glue a new fan of the same size on top and splice the wires of the old fan to the new (along with some new thermal paste). The old fan ran at 13.3v, I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem to run a new 12v at 13.3v but I'm just making sure there won't be a problem in the long term.

But if u want to be sure u can order voltage controller to change 13.3 to 12v from china 😛
