Question +12V

So HWMonitor says my +12V is at 1.673, which I find extremely low, can the software be wrong or is the PSU just really bad?

Your computer shouldn't even turn on if it's that low. What value does the BIOS show for the 12V rail?

I haven't checked the BIOS yet, before this the value was at around 11.34, which I still found pretty low, could this he the reason that ASUS Anti-surge was happening? Btw the PSU is Nox NX750

Hmm, can't find much info on that unit but from the info they provide it doesn't look great.

Spec is 12V +- 5%, so 11.4V would be the minimum. But any decent PSU should do much better than that, especially if the PC is at idle and therefore not consuming much power.

Software will not read Voltages correctly , use BIOS or a meter.
