Question 12VHPWR 600W from 1000W PSU can hold the RTX 5090?

Can the 12VHPWR cable from the FSP Hydro Ti Pro ATX 3.0 handle the RTX 5090? The cable is rated for up to 600W, while the card has a TDP of 575W. Considering potential power spikes, might this not be sufficient? What’s your opinion? FSP hasn’t responded to my email.

It is supposed to be able to do it, spikes and all.

The card actually can and does pull more than 600w in specific scenarios. I have seen some review where it went as high as 730w.
