12volt 2x4 motherboard problem

I used PCpartpicker.com for my build. From the options I choose a 350W power supply for my GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6 mobo. I had everything set to go then I realized that it needs a 12volt 2x4 pin. I only have a single 12v 4 pin. I don't have any add on cards installed. Do I need to get a 500w power supply like the manual states, if so does this come with a 12v 2x4 pin? Also has anyone else had hardware incompatibility relying on this website?

If you are not overclocking OR you are not using one of the AMD FX-9000 series CPUs, then a 4-pin will suffice to power your CPU.

no I'm not overclocking, and it's an Intel Core i3-4130 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 54W processor. Does it matter which side I plug the it in?
