So, i have finally worked out (i think) all the kinks out of my first computer build. I have not purchased any of these parts yet and some of them are going to be cheaper on MSY or Umart...

Any Info, tips, facts or opinions will be greatly appreciated, im going to be using this build for gaming and for Animation programs such as 3ds max, maya, mudbox ect

The case comes with a PSU

It was originally a $1000 build but because of AUS prices it went over, not really willing to spend more money unless its going to be a significant upgrade to what i have on the list right now :)

Sorry! i put the wrong link in :p Fixed now

Are there any cases and PSU's you would recommend that aren't too heavy on the pricing, my friend bought that case psu combo and its going fine for him but i was a bit wary about it

Ok, the case in the list does not show that it comes with a PSU.
I would pick something from tier 1 or 2 in the 550 to 650 watt range.

The PSU is the heart of your system, without it NOTHING works. Don't "Cheap out" on the PSU, it is the only component that, if it fails can take out ALL of your other components.

Thermaltake makes some decent cases, PSUs not so much.

Corsair CMPSU-500CXV3 500Watt 80Plus Bronze (cx 500W) sound good?

According to this:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

That PSU is a tier 4 unit.
"Tier Four

Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice."

If that description fits, then you are ok. I would recommend something from tier 1 or 2. If you must have a Corsair unit, go for one of the RM series. The EVGA Supernova G2's GS, or GQ's are tier 1, The Supernova B2's are tier 2.
Either 1 would serve you well.
