1300$ Gaming PC, help still needed.

Hey guys, yeterday I posted a thread asking for advice on a 1000$ gaming PC. But my budget changed quite quickly.

What I need is a $1300 gaming PC, I want it do be as powerful as possible so skip any fancy or more expensive cases please. Also, I am going to need a monitor I would prefer on over 22" if possible.

Approximate Purchase Date: A few months.
Budget Range: 1300$ Can go a bit over, but not by much.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Surfing the web, Skype. That is all it will be used for.

I changed the memory because the heatspreaders of the corsair one will bother the aftermarket cooler.

I appreciate your help, but if you could be a bit more presice that would be nice. Plus, you aren't really talking advantage of my 1300$ budget with only a 1000$ build.
I still do need help, so if anyone could give me a more in depth build, that would be a big help! Thanks for you help anyway.

Like I said before, I have 50-70$ remaining, should I add anything? I could up grade the 670 to 4GB for only a few dollars, but is that any different?

You can put the GTX 670, but you will have to get rid of the SSD, so its your choice.

Definitely do not skip the SSD, it makes you day to day computing experience so much nicer. Speeds up everything, once you go SSD you will never go back, do not skip.

I would get a 7950 and a SSD over a GTX 670 and no SSD. Get a Vapor-X 7950 as it has amazing cooling and can easily be overclocked to equal a GTX 670 for much cheaper. For your SSD, get a 120/128GB bare minimum. If you get 64GB you will have like 10GB after OS for games, files, etc.

I looked at your build, but it had a Radeon card, I would like an nVidia card. From what I know an SSD will not improve peromance in FPS so I don't want to drop my 670 4GB for an SSD, plus in maybe 2 or 3 months after I buy, I am sure I will have enough to get a good SSD. I could still get a very small 30GB SSD now, but that's not even worth it.

I don't want to overclock any of my parts to compensate for something.

So you think that is a good final build? Also the 4GB version of the GTX670 was 1$ less than the 2GB, so I got it.
