1300$ GTX 580 Gaming Build

Hey everyone, I am hoping to try to get a 1300$ rig with a GTX 580 so in the future I can SLI with another GTX 580. That is unless there are better options out there. I am open to all suggestions as long as it is relatively future proof and wont give me any troubles with games with high-max settings in the future

Approximate Purchase Date: By this Friday hopefully

Budget Range: ~1300$ before rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming(Starcraft 2, LoL, Sw:ToR and BF3), programming (But mostly gaming).

Parts Not Required: Mouse, Monitor, Keyboard, Headset

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.com, Amazon.com

Country of Origin: USA

Parts Preferences: Intel and Nvidia

Overclocking: Most likely not though I am not opposed to it

SLI or Crossfire: SLI in the future

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: I want the build to have a GTX 580 and if the price permits a small SDD for booting though open to suggestions

I don't know much about SSDs.Wait for some one who knows better than me.I suggest the crucial C300 or M4.

You should cut back on the GPU and get something like the 560 TI. That way you can buy a motherboard and case. Also pteek's suggestions is good but the PSU is overkill. If you ABSOLUTELY want a 580, I suggest this because it's the best version of 580 out there.

Thanks for both of the responses. If I were to cut back and go for a 570 instead of the 580 with plans for getting another 570 in the next few months should I go with the rest of the parts pteek recommended? Also which 570 and 560 TI would you recommend. Lastly is there a case, cooing, PSU and MB you would suggest for the 570 the rest of the parts The rest I could probably come up with myself but those I dont feel comfortable selecting based on my knowledge.

if you eventually go sli later the gtx 570 is a better option as it is cheaper and not much slower as well...depending on what you want to do 6 months from now... assume that kepler is released by then... you can either sell the gtx 570 and upgrade to kepler or get another 570 and sli.... you don't have to spend a lot of money prior to your next upgrade... here is list that i made for you... check it out...
