1333 cl8 \ 1600 cl9 \ 1866 cl11

Hi. I have a 4x2 kit of 1333 cl9 memory 1.5v with a sandy bridge processor, which can operate officially up to 1333mhz memory.

I tested 3 overclock states, 1333 cl8, 1600 cl9, 1866 cl11, all with 1.55v

All stable.

Which one is the best option to go with a 2500k?

i would start with 1600 on a load test for a few times before going higher to 1866 also those speed are on the jedec of the ram .

@scout_03 i allready does it. All 3 modes run wery well under blend mode in prime95, and aida64 stress tests, more than 1h, no crashes whatsoever.

2133mhz cl15 also is alailable but cl15 is really overkill i think. too high.

So it's not a stability question here, only performance matter.

then you could use the 1866 if everything stay on with prime .
