1333 Cpu on 1066 Supported Motherboard ?

ok guys so i was searching for my old pc stuff and i found whole old pc, so i want to see if it works now , but there is a problem, motherboard i am using is GA-945GCMX-S2 (rev. 6.6) and i have Core 2 Duo Proccessor E6750 2.6Ghz and by searching on the internet i found that this proccessor is 1333mhz and it does support my motherboard ! (source: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2521#ov ) so if i install this proccessor on my motherboard will there be any problems booting pc ? maybe it will need a bios upgrade? so... i dont know i just need a help from more experienced person,

You shouldnt have any problems, you ram will run at a maximum speed of 1066mhz though

i have 2x 2gb rams 1 is kingston i guess and other one i dont know how its called and it has 667Mhz clock will it be still okay to run this proccessor on the motherboard ? and also will this proccessor need to upgrade my bios version ? my bios version at the moment for this motherboard is F6i

You wont need a bios update.Your memory should work but mixing and matching diffrent models of ram can cause trouble sometimes.
