1333 MHz CL9 or 1600 MHz CL10?

I searched up on the internet for the rigth answer but they are split in 50-50. The price is the same, I would stick with the 1600 MHz, because the 1333 is getting a little bit old. But I'm not really familiar with the latency's importance. Please help me out here.

I would go with the 1600MHz, because even though the latency is slightly increased, the faster cycles will affect your experience more.
