1333 ram on 1066 motherboard

Hi extreme
Esprimo p1510 i3 - had in 3 gb 1066 ram i upgraded to 4 x 4gb 1333 ram
OS: win7 home premium

LONG version: i work on coreldraw x5 - a while back the program kept tellingme i am out of memory / tem memory so i upgraded from 3gb ram to 16gb as stated above. I also upgraded from mt nvidia 220 to a n450gts 2gb 128 bit.
Mashine kept restasting - givingme blue screens. thought my power supply was to light (280-330) so upgraded to inonic x600 ATX. system still keeps crashing / restarting / blue screens. (all the hardware's software upgraded was done)
can mymemory cause this?
can it be software?
i am beyond frustrated. im thinking of doing a format and new install, but not sure if this will solve my problem

sorry, your motherboard only takes 1066mhz its not compatible with 1333...
