1333mhz ram runs on only 800mhz

So, i have a weird problem, i bought 2gb ddr3 1333mhz, i went to cpuz software and there says that my memory runs on 400mhz so if i x2 this i will get 800mhz but this still isnt 1333mhz as it should be, wtf? i was confused so i went to my bios and there says "ram frequeny: 1333 800".. hmm what does that mean now? im not really a pc expert so if somebody know the answer i will appreciate it and sorry for my bad english 🙁

dram: kingmax flfe85f-b8kl9 lxe ddr3-1333 2gb

What's the FSB at, needs to be 1333 to run the sticks at 1333
