Also is there a program (free) that stresses the whole pc hardware. Like a high end game would.

CineBench23 will test a single core and/or all cores. A good test to see how well your cpu cooler is performing.

Varies with load. AVX, no AVX, 2 cores active, 8 cores active, etc.
Many would agree, sustained core thermals are under 85C is acceptable.

No. The games themselves are the best test; synthetic tests don't equal the actual applications.

Hey there,

There are many. OCCT, AIDA 64, Prime95 (for absolute stability), as above with Cinebench and/or Superposition at the same time.

What are your system specs, and what cooler are you using? Depending on those answers the CPU might run at 95c, and this would also be within spec and expected of Intel 13th Gen higher end CPU's. Same with the current batch of AMD processors. They also run hot. At least for this gen, normal-ish temps of in the 60's for a high load or gaming are missing in action.
