I just got myself a i9 13900K but I'm getting very high temps with it.
It's in the high 50s during web browsing and hits 100C during gaming and Cinebench R23, resulting in throttling and the CPU never hitting the max MHz.
I'm using a "be quiet!" air cooled heatsink (rated for 150 TDP) and various case fans. They're running at full blast under load.
When starting Cinebench, the CPU reaches 100C immediately.
As far as I can tell I have correctly installed the heatsink and I used good quality thermal paste.
In the attached picture there's two windows, one for temps at idle and one running Cinebench:

Is an air cooled heatsink really not able to keep the temps low enough or could there be some other reason for this issue?
