($140 Budget) Video Card Selection

Alright, let's get straight to the point.

There's a sale going on, and I have no idea what the extensions of a Video Card mean. I understand that a Raedon HD 6870 is pretty damn good, but there are a bunch of specifications that I have no idea about, and they cause the price range to change by $50~ or so.

Anyways, I was considering getting the Raedon HD 6870, but the EVGA GeForce GTX 560 was better and also cheaper, so I was thinking of going for that. The problem is, some are $200, and some are $140. I honestly have no idea what the cons of having the cheaper one is, so I need your help.

The GTX 560 is basically the same thing as the Radeon 6870. There is a difference however between the GTX 560 and the GTX 560 ti, that's why some are more expensive.

the 560SE has 6850 performance
the 560 has 6870 performance
the 560 TI has 6950 performance

make sure you look at the models carefully.
