So im going to be doing a bit of streaming,recording and gaming at high-max
graphics at 1080p and i was wondering if this setup could handle it.

The build is solid, but you're killing your self with that monitor. That card is designed for high end 1080p gaming, not 900p. You'd really get a much better experience spending another 20$ on a nicer high res monitor.
