I need a gaming PC for a maximum of 1400$. I want to play games like TF2, Borderlands (1,2 and the pre sequel), league of legends, minecraft(modpacks also), civ V, CS:GO and Cube World. This build would include the monitor, OS, and keyboard/mouse. Hopefully you can put in a GTX 970 and an intel i5 4690(or 4690K if it has a Z97 mobo). Pcpartpicker list would be preferred when you finish. Thanks :)

Alright, here's a very nice build for you to consider. It's a few dollars over your $1,400 budget, but well worth it in my opinion. If you need to lower the price a little, you could remove the keyboard and mouse combo and use what ever keyboard and mouse that you already have.
