Hello community!
After a lot of feedback this is what I got so far!

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/3MKRn

Information:
I'm from Canada.
My screens resolutions are 1680 x 1050. (Do not need monitors)
I would like to duo screen.
Interested on streaming while playing games such as Diablo3, Starcraft2 and Leage of Legends.
Budget is $1400.

I would appreciate if you guys could give me anymore additional feedback to the setup I have so far! I would also appreciate if you guys explain any suggestions!

Thank for your time!

Overclocking the 4670k won't gain you much in gaming. The most overclocking will do is improve your low fps dip. Overclocked or not this build will game the same. Overclocking is more about having fun with the build. However, it is easy to do and your build will reach 4.2GHz pretty easily.

Yeah, the Corsair PSU is sold out. Sorry. The Antec you chose is very good too.

I'd suggest cheaper ram; so you could buy 8 gigs 1866 mhz and save $15, but it's your call. There will be little perf. difference. Other than that, It looks really good. Also, Canadian parts have gotten expensive these days eh? I remember about a year ago when it was actually cheaper here.

@IRONBATMAN - It sounds like he has two screens; I might even suggest a 280x, the 3 gb of gddr5 might help with the higher res, although for 90% of games it will make little to no difference.

Good all around build. I changed 3 things: RAM, Mobo, and PSU. Your choices were good, but I believe I found something better for the price. Especially the Corsair PSU. That price is insanely good.

For your monitor, or even a 1920x1080 monitor you don't need more than one of these GPUs: 770 or 280x.

Since the price is ok, I'd stick with the overclocking setup. You don't have to overclock right away but you can learn about it with time and might be glad your build can do so.

Some other GPUs to consider:
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card ($346.00 @ Vuugo)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB DirectCU II Video Card ($339.99 @ NCIX)

I can't comment on Shadowplay but the 770 performs the same as the 280x. If you are recording or doing things on another monitor it helps to have more VRAM. I had a 2GB 660ti and I had issues trying to watch movies on the other monitor while gaming. Once I bought a 3GB 280x those issues went away. Not sure why but I do know that I have flawless video playback with the 280x over a 660ti.

Extra VRAM is nice for using multiple monitors. Going from a 2GB 660ti to a 3GB 280x I noticed a difference. I can watch movies on the other monitor with no issues. Don't know why but I do know that switching GPUs changed something and I assume it was the VRAM.

Alright thanks, and are those better than the 770? I really like the shadowplay that nvidia cards provide

for gaming the 770 and 280x will trade blows depending on the game

in Bf4 the 280x beats the 770 (i think they are partners with AMD/ATI in some way?)

in games partnered with nvidia i bet the 770 does better.

in terms of RAW power i think the 280x wins (non gaming heavy use), but the 770 has CUDA cores if you use apps that can greatly benefit from CUDAcompute

here you go, a 200$ MSI r9 280. good deal, will stream well. You can lower settings a bit in game when you stream as the stream wont be perfect quality anyway, and you get better FPS that way. the 280 will be very good for 1080 and fantastic at anything lower (720p etc).

As for streaming, while the GPU is totally important, i think the whole process is putting extra stress on the CPU rather the GPU. (encoding and video instructions handled mostly or totally in CPU? im sure its more than just that)

im almost certain the 280x is a factory overclock gimmick you are more than capable of achieving yourself (same card under the hood, more mhz)

Only thing with 770 is the VRAM of 2gb.... Would that be enough for dual screen + streaming? (only one monitor will be used for the game, the other for stream control and other things)

And i7baby, you said "You do need monitors - 1080p's.:
could you expand on that? I always thought my 22' Samsung would do great as the main monitor..
