140mm vs 120mm fan

Hi everyone,

Any real world difference between a 120mm 52 cfm fan and a 140mm 68 cfm fan? Both are corsair af quiet edition fans

I already have 3 other 140mm fans so I'm not sure in the 120mm is worth keeping or if it'd be better to replace it with a corsair af 140mm?

It will, of course, depend on the CFM rating of each fan, But in practicality, you won't see any noticeable difference which setup you choose. However...
Technically, if all specs are identical, the larger fan will move slightly more air than the smaller fan.

Both fans are in the 52 and 68 CFM range, same brand

As I said, and as you just confirmed, the difference between the 120mm fan and 140mm fan is... 16 CFM. Obviously the 140mm fan will move more air than the 120mm. Yes, that is real world difference.
