Question 144 HZ IPS or 165 HZ TN?

Hi!

Soon Im gonna buy myself a new monitor, But I dont know what I would pick between 144HZ IPS or 165HZ TN. To be specific, (165) or (144). Im changing from 75HZ so I know that both of these will feel much better. I am not very competitive but I do play some games competitively like Valorant and Rocket League. I also play some casual games like Forza horizon, minecraft, COD and much more. I run an RX 5700XT and ryzen 5 3600 so I dont need to worry about competitive games getting under 144 or 165 fps. Is it worth to sacrifice IPS for 165HZ or not? I think I would go for the 165hz TN because I've heard that IPS has worse response times. What should I pick?

I personally game on IPS panels. I have never had a problem with response times.

I also chose IPS panels because they have the best colors and viewing angels, unlike a TN panel.
