144 hz monitor flickering

So i just got a new 144 hz monitor (Lenovo Legion y25f) and sometimes its flickering (never in games tho).I read some forums and it says its from the amd drivers.Can someone help me?

specs:
rx 470 4 gb
r5 2600x
8gb 2133
win 10 pro
