Question 1440 144hz TN monitor and 4k 60hz IPS dual setup for competitive gaming

Hi there... I'm returning to gaming scene. My current screen is 27" 4k ips 60hz screen and today i'm getting a used 27"1440p 144hz TN monitor. Then i started thinking.. How will it effect my FPS if I run my 4k@60hz pararel to my 1440p@144hz while gaming. Will it effect anything ? Should i switch my 4k to 1440p when gaming ? Or should i just disconnect my 4k as it's 60hz ?

A second display just running spotify, discord, task manager, whatever shouldn't negatively impact your FPS in a noticeable way even if its 4k.
