[SOLVED] 1440 and 1080 gaming (question)

I'm currently gaming in 1080p but when I build my new PC I'm buying a 1440p monitor and plan to mostly game in that resolution. My question is, im still going to have my 1080p monitor setup alongside my new one, how easy is it just to switch back and forth between gaming on one monitor or not if I ever chose to? Is it as simple as just changing displays in settings or whatever?

yes. either by going through Windows > Settings or right-clicking the desktop & selecting Display Settings.
you will see the options to choose whether to switch displays or to use both.
