Question 1440 monitor 4K DLDSR vs 4K monitor in quality same inch

Hello,
Is a 1440 monitor with 4K DLDSR equal to a 4K monitor in quality (in gaming) ? (both monitors are 27 inch).

Not equal, but similar. Its one of those things where you actually have to play a game yourself and see if you notice.

I do the opposite myself. I use a 4k monitor and render all my games at 1440p since my graphics card can handle 1440p at 120Hz.
