Hey, i want to run a 1440p 144hz gsync monitor with a game on it
and a 1080p 60hz monitor with netflix, youtube or somthing like that on it and have it run smooth
Spec:
Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
16GB DDR4 RAM
Motherboard: ASUS STRIX Z270E GAMING (LGA1151)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070
1TB SSD Samsung 850 EVO

Will this work?
If not Do i get another 1070 and SLI?
or do i have to get somthing like a 2070?

Solution
Playing video on a second monitor is next to no work and should have no issues or performance change. You could run into issues with different hz monitors but that doesn't always happen. If it does, you can use your igpu for the second monitor.
It’s not really a gpu issue. YouTube and Netflix use your cpu mainly. It should work ok, not sure how much of an impact it will have on cpu heavy games.

Sli is a dead end, the 2070 is a better gpu for 1440p 144Hz, the 1070 will require settings turning down in modern AAA games.
