[SOLVED] 1440p 144hz Gaming Monitor

Hello all,

I'm looking to upgrade from my Viewsonic 1080p 60Hz 22'' monitor to a 1440p 144hz 24''/27'' one. I'm looking for suggestions in the 200-300 EUR price range, Freesync or G-Sync are all plusses but probably unrealistic in the price range I'm looking for.

I mostly play RPG's and only rarely FPS so nice visuals are more important to me than response time. If you could give me a hand with this I'd appreciate it.

I found a monitor that matches your price range. The Westinghouse WM32DX9019 retails for 259.99$, which is around 231,42 €. It has got AMD freesync and a 5ms response time. It was the best I could find for your price range.

Look out for the ghosting on this monitor though, look at this video and you can judge for yourself. I do not see noticeable ghosting, though.

Like a commenter said in the video, I'd recommend the LG 32GK650F-B, although it's a little bit pricier, retailing for 444,51€ on amazon.it .

Your price is a bit out of the monitor you want unless you buy a used one.

If you have a system capable of pushing 100+ FPS you don’t need Freesync/G-Sync. I’ve actually got G-Sync switched off on my 1440p 144Hz monitor to remove the small input lag.
