[SOLVED] 1440p 144hz gaming with 1080p 60fps streaming (Massive Frame Drops)

So I have been playing CSGO a lot recently and I get capped at 300fps with Max setting at 1440p. However when I stream, my fps drops to 70-80fps which is pretty frustrating. I'm streaming off of x264 and I'm getting like only 10percent or less CPU usage. While on my GPU it's using around 30 percent which caps it near 95percenf with CSGO running. I don't know why this is happening and I don't want to go to 1080p when streaming. Anyone know the reason? Should I get a seperate pc for streaming?(I'd rather not) Here are my specs...

32gb of 3200ram

Check your temps by showing them on screen while playing installing MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner. You may be having overheating on your CPU.
