I currently have an AOC c32g1 monitor which is a 32 inch 1080p 144hz monitor. I'm finding it kinda blurry but at the same time worried if I upgrade to 1440p 144hz, it'll be hard to achieve that. the 1440p monitor is a Samsung 27" LC27JG52QQNXZA. monitor recommendations are welcome.

I'm not surprised. 32" is big for a 1080p monitor. Image gets stretched a fair bit.
24-25" for 1080p, 27-32" for 1440p, 32"+ for 4k.

The Acer on this list is a VA panel, the Asus an IPS, and the Dell a TN.
About the 3 monitor types: TN monitors have the fastest response times, but are the cheapest, due to weaker viewing angles. IPS displays have slightly slower response times but better color than VA monitors. VA monitors have the best contrast but slower response times.

People who aren't hardcore, competitive players tend to shun TN panels due to their poor color reproduction, but if you need the lowest input lag possible, and 120+fps, no other panel does it better.
Colors are rad with IPS, but backlight bleed is a common issue with this technology. They are usually the most expensive of the 3.
VA's are sort of the middle ground. They have come a long way, and some models have response times that match that of IPS.
There is no best monitor, as each have their pros and cons, but one that best fits your needs.

Thank you for explaining the panel types and for the recommendation. I'm from Canada so all of these monitors are like 600+. I paid 440 after tax for the 32 inch AOC monitor. I'm looking to spend 500 dollars on a 1440p monitor.

Which one of the VA panels would you recommend, I like the Samsung one but it doesn't have freesync or gsync. the Viewsonic is 31.5 which is great because I currently have a 31.5-inch monitor. I'd rather have a VA because I'm not too fond of the viewing angles and colours from the tn panels.

Either the ViewSonic or MSI, but if you feel the Msi is cutting it too close to the $500 limit, pass on it.
Plus it claims to have a 1ms response time. But I believe that's a bit of a stretch for VA right now, and is only achievable under specific conditions.
Any monitor with a response time of 5ms or lower is fine for gaming.

You're already familiar with 32" screens...

The ViewSonic, then.
