Hey guys,
since this is my first post I hope I issued it in the right section if not please forgive me ;)

As you can see in the title I am building a new PC for 1440p 144hz Gaming.
I am not new to PC-Building and stuff, but advices are always welcome!

So lets get into it - this is what i was thinking about:

Monitor: AOC AG273QCX

PC:
Case: CoolerMaster MasterBox H500
MB: MSI b450 Tomahawk (MAX)
(MAX or not depends on whats cheaper bcs i can do BIOS updates myself or are there any other differnces?)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Super (Gigabyte windforce oc) or AMD 5700xt (red devil custom design)
(Depends on the price if there are some discounts on black friday or not)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600MHz (2x8GB)
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB
Power: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750W

Sums up around 1400€ without monitor which is around 380€

So I am looking for thoughts and advices on this build.
Would you change anything or is anything not really efficiant or not compatible?
Does anything obviously bottleneck?
Any thoughts where i could safe some bucks for a somewhat similar performance?

Before someone asks i am not looking to OC a lot maybe some MHz here and there but nothing too crazy.

Thanks a lot for all answers in advance!

Solution
Well if the SSD Speed is Not really important as you said i am probably going to Safe some bucks there - thanks!
Well i obviously get that by upgrading the ryzen 3600 to a 3700x i'll be able to push some more fps here and there but since i don't need PCIe4 in what way would I benefit from the Motherboard upgrade?
It also has better power phases and VRMs for absorbing thermals along with more probability for future processor support, something called 'longevity".
Looks perfectly fine to me. Well balanced for 1440p.

The MAX BIOS is larger so you can support all Ryzen 1xxx to 3xxx CPUs in the same revision. The fact that they supposedly come Ryzen 3xxx compatible from the factory is the major selling point. If you don't need that, go non-MAX is fine.

B450 stability has been a bit hit and miss, with Ryzen 3000. Also x570 supports faster ram speeds, with 3rd gen CPU's, which ryzen really likes. I run a 3700x, with a Gigabyte x570 itx, and 3733 patriot, myself.

Thanks a lot for the explanation!
I think i'll spend some extra bucks on the cpu and Motherboard and safe some at the ssd - and the Patriot Viper RAM with 3733MHz is even cheaper than the Corsair @3600MHz I was looking at so I'll Most likely go for it as Well although i never heard of the Brand somehow...

Patriot has been around, for a long time. I used to use their ram, back in the Athlon XP, and socket 939, days.
