1440p@60hz no sync or 1080p@144hz g-sync

Yo im buying a new pc as soon as possible and ill need a new monitor for it.
Specs:
GTX 1070
i7 7700k
16GB ram
Gigabyte z170 gaming k3
and i do not know which monitor to choose
The Benq GW2765HT 1440p@60hz with no sync or AOC G2460PG 1080p@144hz with g-sync.
I won't get new pc/new parts so fast so i want it to last for pretty long time.
I play single/multiplayer games like rpg, moba, fps etc. I like to watch movies with family too so benq ips panel is good for that. Im also not a pro gamer or anything like that but im pretty good to. I don't mind turning down graphics. So which one u wolud get if u were me the 1440p@60hz ips with good colors or 1080p@144hz g-sync with not that good colors? Thanks.

I own 1440p 165Hz IPS G-Sync, and I am struggling to choose one of the two for you. I love IPS and 1440p, but to drop Hz and G-Sync would be tough. However, I'd get the 1440p IPS cuz it looks glorious and is excellent for single player too.
