Hello I am thinking about buying both:
1. Asus Rog Swift PG258Q ( 1920x1080 ) 25" - 240hz
2. Asus Rog Swift PG279Q ( 2560x1440 ) 27" - 144hz(165hz)

I need to know if there wil be any problems when I game. I will only mostly game on 1080p monitor or sometimes on 1440p, but never on both of them at the same time like dual-gaming or game on both screen. Maybe one game on one screen other game on other screen if at all.

Just wanna know if there will be any problems having two different monitors with different hz refresh rate, resolution & inches ?

Some Info:
I will have 1080 ti hybrid with threadripper. I will be doing streaming, recording, gaming, editing. When I will stream and record it will be only on 1080p monitor. Gaming on both depends how I will like it. Editing on 1440 since it's bigger monitor.

Thanks.

Nope, no problem at all. I have one 24" monitor at 180hz and another 23.6" monitor at 60hz both running on my GTX 1080. You'll be fine.

EDIT: I agree with SkyBill, with a 1080Ti, there's no need to game at 1080p. You could be playing AAA titles at 4k, at the minimum, I would use the 1440p for gaming unless you absolutely need an insane frame count.

But you have both at 1920x1080 or 2560x1440 ?

Thanks for the answer.

It's not about gaming as much as streaming and recording. In my presonal opinion 1080p dominates Streaming and Youtube. 1440p is not ready for it also I was thinking about doing 1440p and downscale to 1080p but I see too many threads and posts saying that it looks worse. Thanks.

I don't have two different resolutions, but it can easily be done. You can select one as the primary monitor in Nvidia Control Panel and change the resolutions of each monitor easily.
