1440p gaming gtx750

so i have a question for you lovely people, I've been wanting to upgrade my monitor to something with a higher resolution than 1920x1080. currently on my wish list is the acer g257hu. i heard that it was a very good 1440P monitor. However, i am a little concerned that my rig might not be able to handle gaming on this monitor. Right now my computer has the following

AMD A8 7600
Asrock fm2a58-vg3+ R2.0
8 gb ram
PNY gtx 750
500w psu

Would my system be able to handle it?

i eventually plan on getting an AMD graphics card to take advantage of the dual graphics with the apu

Any advice is welcome

Depends on which games you are playing but generally GTX 750 will not be very capable at 1440p.

i would be playing games such as rocket league, tf2, dota, dirt3 ect.

The easy answer is no, don't do it. Your processor and video card would both struggle to make it worth it, and you would likely want to stay at 1080p,

By the way, the dual graphics is limited to very low end cards, and all of them would be weaker than the 750. You already have a system stronger than the dual graphics setup.
