1440p gaming monitor

I'm purchasing a 1070ti and at the moment I have a 1080p 75hz Asus monitor and if like to move to a 1440p 144hz 1ms monitor my maximum budget is 400 USD I don't know alot about monitors so any help is great

Can't speak much about other monitors as I haven't use them. But I have a Dell SG2417DG and I absolutely love it, great build quality with nice looking slim bezels, 165hz and really good colors. Often going on sale for around $370.

I found some AOC agon 24 and 27" 1440 144hz 1ms monitors as well with adapitve sync
